OFFICIAL STATEMENT 47º TROFEO DE VELA CONDE DE GODÓ

01-06-2020

The Real Club Náutico de Barcelona is pleased to confirm the celebration of the 47th edition of the Trofeo de vela Conde de Godó on 16, 17, 18 and 19 July 2020.

The celebration of the regatta both on its sporting side and on the social side will be carried out strictly subject to the legal provisions and health requirements established by the relevant authorities.

The 47th edition of the Trofeo de vela Conde de Godó will also feature the usual ORC, J70 and J80 classes, with the fleet of Big Boats, Classics and Epoch and we hope in the coming days to confirm the presence of other monotype classes.

After the high consultations with the sports authorities and our sponsors and collaborators, it is the firm purpose of the RCNB to develop a new edition of our emblematic sailing Trophy - dean of state cruise competitions - with the maximum health guarantees and with the usual sporting rigor.

This new call wants to pay tribute to those who have left us and also to the exemplary collective effort, thanks to which this difficult situation is being overcome.

We encourage you to participate, to follow the communiqués of the Organizing Committee - www.trofeocondegodo.com - and we are fully convinced that with your help we will have a magnificent Trofeo de vela Conde de Godó.
